Pre-production work

Release for talents

For our release for talents we need everyone who was in our film to fill out a form to give them permission to be filmed. We used two forms one for minors and one for and adults. Due to many of our actors being under the age of 18 we also needed parents consent to film them. This also included a contract showing that after the film was made we are able to put it on You Tube with there promotion. We had to also include basic information like who is the photographer? And when is the date of filming? The minor contacts must of also of had a witness to prove that everything was signed properly and there parents where full aware of the contract.

Release for location

The release of location is a very important when filming as it give us authority to film in the area we want to with permission. In the paperwork we must of included the dates, times and name of the film and everyone who will be on the premises on the time of filming. The paperwork also include a contract say that the premises will be left the way it is found so the owner can use the premises fully and safely after the filming has finished. This also includes that if there is any damage to the property it will become the responsibility of us (the cast and crew). This is then sighed and dated by a crew member and the property/location owner. The release for location is very important as it proves that we have permit ion to be filming on that location in case we need to prove that to over people e.g. The Police that we have permission and are not braking any laws.

Location release ideas/photos
The location release ideas/photos these are idea of where we may want to film our production. This paperwork include simple information like location, availability and distance/ time form home. It also include and image and information about the power capability's and how far it is to travel. All of the information will be put into consideration, it then makes to easy to pick the location to film. The location pick will have the best location and look but also be the most practical when it comes to availability, parking and power capabilities.

Risk assessment
The risk assessment is to analyse any risks the cast and crew my face and the things we can do to prevent it. First we identified the hazard in the area we where going to film in and then commented on how might be harmed and how. This them move on to how are we preventing the risks and if there is any further action that must be done. The risk assessment is really important as it helps to keep everyone safe from the cast to the crew. The eras we filmed in had not many risks and we where able to prevent the risks and keeps everyone safe.

Budgeting/props/costume list
For budgeting there was a limit to what we could do due to the actually budgeting we had (non). First we filled out the details of our journey which varied due the amount of cast and crew, this also was the same for the amount of miles everyone traveled. Everyone ones journey was free due to the yearly bus pass everyone claims at college. We listed the props and costumes we used in the film and the costing. When it came to receipts we didn't have any as all our props and costumes where already pre bought.

Shot list
The shot list made is easy for us when we where filming as we could follow it shot by shot. Also when it came to editing we where able to follow where each shot went and the sound/music we needed to import. We also used the shot list to show the contrast of shot we where using to make our film interesting to the audience.

Production Schedule

When it came to filming the production schedule was very important as it kept us on tracked each and every day we needed to film. It told us the date and time we where filming which shots and parts of the story line we where filming. Most importantly it told us the personnel, equipment, props we needed and this made us able to be organized our self's very efficiently each day.

Mood-bored
The mood-bored was quite an easy piece of pre production work the hardest part was the physical part of drawing the images. Most of the mood bored follows the shot list as the mood bored is giving a more visual image then to the shot list. The story bored plans our every shot and the mise-en-scene.
